Most items can be booked online. We suggest booking your items for pick up the day of or the day before your event. Whichever we have available. There is no extra charge for picking items up the day before your event and returning them the day after your event. You can also call (757) 734-5734 to reserve your margarita machine, concession equipment, or other rental.  

Life of the Party is a home based business. Machines can be picked up, with prior appointment at 413 Pallets Road in Va Beach, Va.

That depends on which flavors you choose. Most flavors make 3 gallons of mix and a few make 5 gallons of mix. The 3 gallon mixes will produce (48) 8 oz servings and the 5 gallon mixes will produce (80) 8 oz servings. The worst thing to happen at your event is you run out of drinks. For medium to large size gathering, we have always found to it best to purchase at least 1 more bottle of flavor mix to be on the safe side. Read about flavors on our drink machine and flavors page.

The concessions rentals come with roughly 50-60 servings. That’s enough popcorn, snow cones and/or cotton candy to serve about 50-60 people. Its an estimate depending on how big your cotton candy cones are made, how much syrup is used on your snow cones and how much popcorn you serve to your guests. For each concession, you can purchase an additional 50-60 servings for $50 and we have generally found this to be a good idea.
Call for details. During your reservation conversation we will generally work out acceptable delivery and pick up times. We are very flexible.
If canceled two weeks or more days out from delivery, your deposit will be applied as a credit to a future rental.

Yes, we are insured by Eerie Insurance. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent any equipment are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CANNOT set up any equipment until the liability waiver is signed.
