1) What do I need to do to reserve my rental?

Call (757) 375-1251 to reserve your photo booth, margarita machine, or concession equipment rental.  We’ll e-mail you an invoice for the amount due and, once paid, your rental will be reserved. If reserving a photo booth, we’ll put your card in file and charge 50% deposit to reserve it and charge the other 50% two weeks prior to the event.

2) How many servings will I get out of my drink machine?

That depends on which flavors you choose. Most flavors make 3 gallons of mix and a few make 5 gallons of mix. The 3 gallon mixes will produce (48) 8 oz servings and the 5 gallon mixes will produce (80) 8 oz servings. The worst thing to happen at your event is you run out of drinks. For medium to large size gathering, we have always found to it best to purchase at least 1 more bottle of flavor mix to be on the safe side. Read about flavors on our drink machine and flavors page.

3) How many servings does my concession rental come with?

The concessions rentals come with roughly 60-75 servings. Its an estimate depending on how big your cotton candy cones are made, how much syrup is used on your snow cones and how much popcorn you serve to your guests. For each concession, you can purchase an additional 60-75 servings for $25 and we have generally found this to be a good idea.

4) How does delivery work?

During your reservation conversation we will generally work out acceptable delivery and pick up times. We are very flexible.

5) What if I need to cancel? 

If canceled two weeks or more days out from delivery, your deposit will be applied as a credit to a future rental. 6) What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all major credit cards.

8) Are you insured?

Yes, we are insured by Eerie Insurance. Please note: All individuals and companies that rent any equipment are required to sign a liability waiver prior to set up. We CANNOT set up any equipment until the liability waiver is signed.
